From our experience with HORECA channel we have learned that EAT & DRINK OUT occasions are too broadly defined and don’t allow us to capture all the fragmentation & specifics taking place in the channel, even in one and the same outlet, depending on the day-parts.
For the purpose, we are introducing
sub-occasions, under EAT & DRINK OUT
mega occasions, which allow us to be much more precise in building adequate consumer propositions, while at the same time prioritising our portfolio choices.
